Finfish

Our finfish is caught by artesian fishers.  The vast majority is caught on hook and line, while a smaller percentage is caught by fishers in small boats using drift nets at night.  Stored and transported on fresh flake ice we provide to the fishers and suppliers, the fish arrives at our processing plants where it is sorted and prepared according to customer requirements.
