Octopus

Amounting to approximately 70% of its exports, IQF octopus is the company’s most important product.  Hand caught using a spear, artesian fishers wade the shallow pools or snorkel the crystal clear waters atop reefs at low tide in search of octopus.  Iced for storage and transport in modern containers, fresh octopus is cleaned, curled, graded, blast frozen and packed in our EU approved fish processing plant, ready for shipping to our world-wide customers.
